AHHA Rules and Architecture Standards

Arbor Hill’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) gives authority to the Board to create policies, guidelines, interpretations, official procedures, or published rules governing the neighborhood.

The CC&R’s gives authority to the Architecture Review Committee to define, modify and interpret written standards, official procedures, or other published rules governing the architecture standards for the neighborhood.
